Waterblom Cottage is located on Stanford Valley Country Lodge, which nestles in the valley of the Klein Rivier, 10km outside Stanford village. Stanford is a small riverside village in Overberg District Municipality in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Located only 16 km east of Hermanus and 22 km north-east of Gansbaai.
Stanford Valley Country Lodge is proud to be a member of the Walker Bay Fynbos Conservancy, created by a group of committed landowners to working together to conserve over 20 000 hectares of threatened lowland fynbos. Braided through the mountains are well-marked trails, ideal to walk, run or cycle.
