How do I see if my preferred stay is available?
Go to your selected property’s page, click on the “Check-in” box and add your dates. Dates with a strikethrough over them are not available, the rest can be booked!
When will I pay for my booking?
Each property decides on their own payment terms and require either 50% or 100% deposit upfront upon making your booking. Don’t worry though, this does not mean that you lose everything should you need to cancel your booking!
Be sure to check the property’s cancellation terms as most offer a full refund if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival.
To check, go to your preferred property and scroll down in the copy section to just above the Gallery.
How to I cancel my reservation?
Your plans have changed and now you need to cancel your reservation. Should the property already have established direct contact after your booking, contact them to process the refund.
Alternatively get in touch with one of our team at Lifetree Collection to help facilitate the process. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are there pet friendly options available on Lifetree Collection?
Yes we have a lovely selection of pods, cottages, cabins and homes that will welcome your fur baby! Just go to the filter section of the website (Stays Page) and tick “Pet Friendly Stays" under the 'Experiences' filter.

How do I know if the property is child friendly?
Some properties do have age restrictions for the safety of your children (due to elevated/ unenclosed decks etc). If you are travelling with a baby or toddler, please check the “Good to Know” section on the property’s page, or get in touch with one of our team (firstname.lastname@example.org)
