THE COTTAGE

Surrounded by fynbos and vineyards, this cottage has pure spring-fed water, a wood-fired hot tub, solar power and is not affected by loadshedding. Lovingly hand-sculpted using local and natural materials, site-harvested timber, clay, sand and straw, the cottage is perfect for a couple or a single persons getaway.

LIVING

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, cutlery and crockery and a dining area. Choose to relax in front of the fireplace, make use of the Wi-Fi, and the living room opens onto a covered patio with outdoor seating and a built-in braai area overlooking the vineyards and inviting hot tub. You are welcome to wander around the farm, swim and fish in the dams, and meander through the veggie gardens.

Vineyard Cottage at Goodluck Homestead is situated 4km from Panthera Africa Big Cat Sanctuary, 10 km from Stanford which offers various shops and restaurants, 30 km from De Kelders and Grotto Beach, 36 km from Franskraal and 40 km from Danger Point Lighthouse.

Goodluck Homestead is a working farm using regenerative farming practices, therefor no toxic herbicides and pesticides are used, but please be aware there may be noise disturbances at certain times.

Guests will check in at the Goodluck Homestead and escorted to Vineyard Cottage.
