THE PODS
The three luxury eco pods (100m apart) offer a retreat into nature for those seeking rest, relaxation and reconnection. Contemporary havens of comfort and beauty for the writers, the lovers, the thinkers and the explorers!
Olive View is populated by an orchard of old olive trees and abundant, fragrant fynbos, and the farm is 100% off-grid, solar-powered and eco-friendly.
SLEEPING
Each of the luxury pods has a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as an outdoor shower.
LIVING
The pods open onto a patio with an outdoor dining area, braai facilities, a potjiekos pot and a pizza oven. Each pod features a private sunken wood-fired hot tub.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery, utensils, fridge, freezer and tea and coffee facilities.
Solar-powered, fast Wi-Fi is provided and a Bluetooth speaker is available.
THE AREA
The area offers guests a multitude of nature walks, hiking and mountain bike trails that are all accessible from the farm, with routes to suit all fitness and energy levels.
There is an abundance of indigenous fynbos to identify and Wellington is one of the best bird-watching destinations in the Western Cape, so expect to spot a variety of birds on the farm and in the surrounding area. Guests can visit a wide selection of wine farms, restaurants and cafés in the surrounding areas.
