THE VILLA

This comfortable, modern and fully equipped home, with beautiful views over the wetland, has a creative modular design to afford a unique flexibility in terms of space requirements. 

SLEEPING

The 6 double bedrooms (2 with balconies) are all en-suite, offering complete privacy.

All Bedrooms have fans and air-coolers.

LIVING 

This roomy residence has a spacious open plan kitchen, indoor braai (barbeque), dining area, TV lounge, as well as a pizza oven and multiple fireplaces.

A sheltered pool overlooks the greenbelt, with deck area for sunbathing and stunning views, plus an outdoor shower area and secure parking accommodating 7 cars. Battery backup power provided for essentials during load-shedding.

THE AREA

The villa is situated in a particularly tranquil part of Plettenberg Bay, with the only sounds being the chorus of bird song from the neighbouring wetland and greenbelt.

GOOD TO KNOW

The villa can be rented for exclusive use for up to 18 people.

There are two large open plan kitchen-lounge-entertainment spaces, two upstairs TV lounges, a sparkling swimming pool, as well as outside showers for a post beach rinse-off, in addition to secure parking.

Robberg Beach is a couple of minutes stroll away - walking along this beach is one of the highlights of a stay in Plettenberg Bay, with the possibility of sightings of dolphins and whales.

A laundry service (washing and ironing) is available at R100 per load.

BOOKING TERMS

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit

Conditions

* Indemnity: The owner will not be held liable for any injury, loss of life or any other claim arising from any accident suffered by the tenant, his family or guests. The swimming pool is used at your own risk.
* Breakage deposit: The deposit will be refunded, after the following charges, if any, have been deducted: missing keys and remotes, breakage, damages, special cleaning charges for upholstery and carpets damaged by tenants or for replacement of items that have been damaged.
* All linen and towels will be provided. The use of self tan is prohibited, as it damages the linen. Any damage caused to linen to be charged to tenants.
* This is a NON SMOKING property. Smoking permitted in the pool area only.
* The house is accepted voetstoets.
* Keys will only be handed over once all deposits and final payments are in place.
* The owner will leave the DSTV on.
* Free wi-fi is provided.
* Pets are not allowed on the premises unless prior permission is given.
* House to be armed at all times when unoccupied.
* This agreement includes the services of one staff member weekdays, from 09h00 to 17h00.
* Any overtime to be agreed between staff and tenant and payable by tenant.
