SeaPad was designed as a collaboration project between KTA Architects and Hildi & Co Interiors to create a minimalistic world-class abode set on one of the best beachfront stands in Romansbaai Beach Estate, a mere 150m from the beach path with 180 degree sea views.

THE PAD

The finishes reflect strict adherence to stylish minimalism, screeded floors throughout, off-shutter ceilings, floor to ceiling glass, designer cabinetry, remote operated blinds and shutters where essential. The interior touches reflect style and quality.

SLEEPING

SeaPad has two en-suite bedrooms with king size beds, sleeping 4. It is set on two levels with the entrance and private en-suite guest room with its own balcony and patio on the entry level. A staircase links this with the ground floor level which hosts the main bedroom, screened from the common areas.

LIVING

On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas with 180-degree sea and beach views. Big sliding doors open up to the pool and patio.

THE AREA

Romansbaai Beach estate is any active traveller's dream. Walk, hike, run, ride or climb in this beautiful fynbos seaside sanctuary. There is so much to do and the community is warm and welcoming. 

Only 2 hours drive away from city bustle, the Overberg has grown into an economic hub and soulful region dominated by hills, valleys and ocean. It's main income derives from farming and eco tourism. Every year thousands of visitors come for various top class festivals and whale watching. The art and culture scene is abundant here, and restaurants compete globally. 

Romansbaai neighbours include Gansbaai, Kleinbaai and Danger Point in the Overberg, with the Danger Point Lighthouse on their doorstep. 

GOOD TO KNOW

You can expect to find the following items on arrival a cool bottle of complimentary wine, firewood, tea, coffee and salt & pepper. 

Outdoors is a gas braai and charcoal weber.

Inside is a wine cooler, music system and Nespresso coffee machine (pods).
