THE MANOR HOUSE

Living on your own private wine estate is a dream that combines the passion for wine with the joys of a luxurious lifestyle, from the breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains to the elegant living spaces. This enchanting holiday home offers a unique blend of comfort, sophistication and functionality. With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, there is ample space for guests to relax and unwind, while the large living areas provide the perfect space for entertaining or spending quality time with loved ones.

SLEEPING

The property consists of a 5 bedroomed Manor House and a self contained 1 bedroomed garden cottage adjacent to the Manor.

LIVING

The large modern kitchen of the Manor House is fully equipped with high-end amenities, a fridge-freezer, oven and gas hob, microwave, pantry, dishwasher, espresso machine, blender, and a scullery with washing machine.

The dining room offers seating for 12 and the formal lounge has a cosy fireplace and a TV with DStv. The playroom and TV lounge each have a TV with DStv. A smaller lounge has a fireplace and the indoor braai room has glass sliding doors that open onto a garden.

The outside covered patio offers an outdoor dining table and patio furniture, overlooking the sprawling lawns, beautifully tended gardens and sparkling swimming pool, with a jungle gym tucked away in a private corner. 

Wine lovers will be spoilt for choice, with the opportunity to explore the many nearby wine estates or to stay home and enjoy a tasting with the help of the expert winemaker at Mount Vernon Wines.

The friendly and attentive housekeepers and staff will be on hand to ensure that guests have everything they need, and to provide any assistance required during their stay.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.

If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
