THE HOUSE
The open plan living space leads straight into nature through big sliding doors. The interior is beautifully modern, but not clinical at all – it is warm and inviting with a colourful South African twist. Natural light and spectacular ocean views perfectly frame hundreds of picture moments.

LIVING
No need to leave this airy, open plan stay with some of the worlds best views. Grab a lounger and sit by the plunge pool or get stuck into some board games at the coffee table in the lounge. There is a counter with three bar stools, a plunge pool with umbrellas and a clear view of the sea from the deck. The gas braai is out back with an outdoor dining area to escape the sun and the wind. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee machine, oven, microwave and washing machine.
THE AREA
Although the accommodation itself and the surrounding area is a sight to behold, the Garden Route offers an array of exciting and interesting activities for every taste. The culinary delights, the adrenaline adventures, the nature-lover trails, beautiful beaches and the sporting opportunities are only the highlights of what this part of the country has to offer. Because of its central location, Ballot’s Bay is only a short distance from towns like George, Knysna, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn and Plettenberg Bay.

This property is not pet friendly. It is situated in a Natural Reserve.
The Bay is a 20 min walk or 5 minute drive. Trails are available to make your way to the cliffs for swimming and fishing.
George Airport is a 20 minute drive from the house.
George Town is a 10 minute drive from the house.
No smoking is permitted in the house.
The pool is situated on the fenced deck and is used under the guests responsibility. Please note that children should be under adult supervision when using the pool.
No loud music or parties.
