THE VILLA
The area is known to produce carpets of wildflowers during the Spring time. Nature lovers and mature travellers will appreciate all that the villa has to offer, the endless views, luxurious comfort and modern amenities.

LIVING
Candlewood Villa is situated on a slope on a hill in Sharkbay Estate. From the spacious open-plan living room with double-volume ceilings, you have endless views of the lagoon and the natural landscape of the West Coast National Park. You can expect to encounter some of the wildlife it has to offer including tortoises, small buck, field mice, many varieties of wild birds and even an Ostrich or two.
Stackable folding glass doors on two sides of the lounge open up onto a decked patio and outdoor braai area with outdoor dining furniture. During winter, snuggle up in front of our wood-burning fireplace, or cook your favourite meal in our modern and fully equipped kitchen. There is a formal dining area between the lounge and kitchen with seating for 6 people.
THE AREA
Langebaan is known for its beautiful salt water Lagoon, and the wild life area of the West Coast National Park with rare fynbos and green wetlands. The lagoon holds Ramsar wetland status and is a marine protected area. A paradise for hikers, cyclists & mountain bikers, birders and nature-lovers alike! Other than the lagoon's ecological importance, visitors come to swim, sail, kite-surf and picnic along its shores, enjoying the warm water and safe beaches.
